Samson Properties is a FULL SERVICE LISTING Brokerage.  I will offer you a very competitive commission fee while keeping quality, results, and standards at the highest level of the Industry.
The reason why I will charge you less than most of the other Agents in Northern Virginia is because Samson Properties understands the current market and allows me the flexibility to make decisions based on recent market trends.

Have you decided to rent? If your credit score is good, all I am going to need is your most recent pay stubs (or last 2 years Tax returns), copy of your driving license, an application fee (max. $60), and an application that lists your employment, rental history, income. Piece of cake! Please email me or call me to get the docs you need. Landlords, please take a look at the list of services I will provide if you decide to rent your Home. I charge a fee equivalent to the 1st month rent:
